Ultimately, the Subsidiary’s pre-construction management services aim to provide clients effective management of the project’s schedule, cost, quality, specifications, safety, and scope. The Subsidiary’s pre-construction management services span into conceptual and detailed estimating, budget development and assessment, project scheduling, procurement plan, logistics evaluation, and a constructability review.

The construction activities begin in this phase. With the Subsidiary’s project and construction management, the workflow and the responsibilities of various teams are communicated for the seamless execution of the project.
